1 Cop Vs 25 Stoners: Benny Hill Remix
Festivities at Fort Lewis College in Durango, Colorado. Right at 4:20 P.M. (Note, theres a second tour group to the right) I started laughing out loud just listening to that guy laugh! This made my day!

Oh now that was funny! I watched it three times. That dude laughing plus the Benny Hill music had me rolling. Loved it! :o)~
I watched it quite a few times as well... The guy laughing had that insane contagious laugh.
